HealthSync connects patients with specialist doctors through a telehealth platform. In a market filled with clinical, cold interfaces, HealthSync wanted to feel warm, trustworthy, and human.
The Challenge
Healthcare apps face unique trust and compliance challenges. HealthSync needed to feel premium and human while meeting HIPAA requirements, supporting elderly users, and competing with well-funded competitors.
Research & Discovery
We ran accessibility testing with 15 elderly users, conducted clinical workflow interviews with 8 specialists, and analyzed trust-building patterns in other high-stakes digital experiences (banking, legal, government).
