Refund Policy
Our approach
Every project matters to us, and we want the terms to be fair to both sides. This policy protects your investment while recognizing the time and work our team puts in from the first day of an engagement.
If you ever have a concern about a payment, talk to us first. Most issues are solved with one honest conversation. Email us at helpmevectorstudio.com, and we will reply within 7 business days.
1. Trial week
Our $500 trial week lets you see how we work before you commit to more. Because the trial produces real design work during that week, it can't be refunded once work has started. If no designer has been assigned yet and no work has begun, you can cancel the trial for a full refund.
2. Monthly subscription
Subscriptions run month to month, with no long-term contract, and you can cancel anytime.
When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you can keep sending requests until then. Canceling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current month.
We don't refund partial months, unused hours, or paused periods. If you don't cancel before your renewal date, the subscription renews automatically for the next period.
3. Fixed-scope projects
Larger projects are planned around a deposit and milestones.
The deposit. We ask for a deposit up front to schedule your project, assign the team, and start discovery. Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable, whatever the reason for cancellation. It covers the hours and resources already committed to your project; it is not a penalty.
Milestones. Each milestone payment covers one phase of the work and becomes non-refundable once that phase is approved, either in writing or through the approval window set out in your project agreement.
If a project is canceled mid-phase, we work out a fair amount this way: the deposit is kept, all work completed up to the cancellation date is charged at the agreed rate, and any prepaid balance left over is refunded within 30 business days.
4. When a refund may be available
Beyond the deposit, we may consider a refund if:
- We don't start work within 30 days of the agreed start date because of a delay on our side.
- We fail to deliver the services in your signed scope and can't fix it within 21 days of your written notice.
- A phase is canceled before any work on it has begun.
5. When refunds are not available
- Work has already started on the phase the payment covers.
- You changed direction after approving the work.
- Delays were caused on your side, including late feedback or missing materials.
- You are unhappy with work delivered within the approved scope and brief. Once a direction has been reviewed and approved, a change of mind is not grounds for a refund.
- We declined out-of-scope requests under the agreed terms.
- You raise concerns after receiving or opening deliverables through staging links or design files. Receiving a preview confirms that work is in progress.
6. After final delivery
Once the agreed work is complete and the final files or deliverables are ready for handover, the project is considered complete, even if you haven't yet downloaded, accepted, or taken final delivery of the work. Refunds are not available after the work is complete and ready for delivery.
7. How to reach us
To request a refund, email helpmevectorstudio.com with your payment email, the transaction date, and a short explanation. We look at every request openly and aim for a fair outcome.
