Terms & Conditions

Vector Studio (“Vector Studio,” “we,” “us”) provides digital design and development services to clients worldwide. These Terms & Conditions apply to all of our services, including our subscription plans (Starter, Accelerate, and Flexible project) and any custom or project-based work. By subscribing to a plan or hiring Vector Studio for custom work, the client agrees to these Terms.

1. Payment terms

Starter plan: $2,200 per month. It includes 55 hours of design time per month and suits early-stage startups and lean teams that need steady help with one task at a time. The subscription can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the billing cycle. Work is delivered one request at a time, and unused hours can be used within the active billing period but are not carried over or refunded.

Accelerate plan: $4,400 per month. It includes 110 hours of design time per month for growing teams handling several streams of work, with a dedicated senior designer, copywriter, and project manager. Like the Starter plan, it is billed monthly and can be changed or canceled at the end of any billing cycle.

Flexible project: for one-time, mixed, or larger projects, priced as a custom quote based on scope, or as a tailored monthly arrangement. It suits clients looking for a full product design and development partner.

Billing options:

• Monthly: billed at the standard monthly rate of the plan.
• Quarterly: 10% off when you choose a quarterly subscription (billed every 3 months).
• Yearly: 2 months free with an annual commitment (12 months for the price of 10).

Currency: all prices are listed and billed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Refund and cancellation policy

Clients may cancel their subscription at the end of the current billing period. Unused hours and prepaid months are not refunded; unused hours stay available until the period ends. If a client stops paying, work is paused and access to work in progress ends, but the client keeps ownership of every deliverable completed before the last successful payment. 3. Intellectual property

Once full payment is received, clients own all completed deliverables, including design files, code, websites, and related assets, and may use, edit, reproduce, and distribute them as their business needs.

Vector Studio keeps ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property used during the project, such as internal tools, frameworks, design systems, templates, or code libraries. These assets are not transferred unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Data use

The client provides the data and materials Vector Studio needs to deliver its services. This can include personal information such as names, email addresses, contact and billing details, as well as project content, images, and other assets or instructions. We collect and use this information only to manage accounts, process payments, share project updates, and improve our services.

We take reasonable steps to protect client data throughout our work, but we can't be held liable for data loss, corruption, or breaches beyond our control. We strongly recommend that clients keep their own backups of all files and materials they send us. If a data issue occurs, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to help recover it, but we can't guarantee full restoration.

5. Termination

We may decline to work with any client at our discretion. If a client breaks these Terms, we will give one warning before ending the agreement. If payment is not received, all work is paused immediately, and no further deliverables are provided.

6. Prohibited activities

Clients must use Vector Studio's services only for lawful and agreed purposes. Delivered work must stay within the selected service scope and may not be resold, redistributed, or used for unauthorized commercial gain. Misuse includes copyright infringement, illegal activity, and violating the rights of third parties. Vector Studio may monitor use, take legal action against violations, and suspend or end access without notice.

7. Showcasing work

Vector Studio may show completed design work on its website, portfolio, and marketing channels, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place to protect confidential or sensitive information.

8. Limitation of liability

We are committed to high-quality work, meeting deadlines, and keeping professional standards. Our liability is limited to the extent the law allows, and refunds are only given as described in our Refund Policy. Clients are expected to share clear project requirements and keep their requests within the agreed scope of work.

9. Changes to these terms

Vector Studio may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continuing to use our services means you accept the updated Terms.
